Registration Information

Registration is now open for WMUNC III, which will be occurring on March 21st, 2026. This year, it will be split into three different categories (Early, Normal, and Late). Please ensure you keep these deadlines in mind, as the price WILL INCREASE as deadlines pass.

EARLY: Closes February 7, 2026

REGULAR:  Closes February 28, 2026

LATE: Closes March 14th, 2026

Payment

Early Registration: $15 school fee, $5 per delegate

Normal Registration:: $20 school fee, $7 per delegate

Late Registration: $20 school fee, $10 per delegate

The school fee allows a group to request as many Member States and as many crisis characters as needed.

The delegate fee covers  placards, nametags, etc.  

Once you complete the registration form, we will email you an invoice. This will also confirm your delegation assignments (member state, crisis character, etc.).  NO REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED AT ANY TIME

SCHOOL REGISTRATIONS:

Please pay by check ahead of the conference. Checks should be made out to “WHS Model United Nations” and sent to 375 Holt Road, Marietta, 30068. Make sure to put “ATTENTION: For Wheeler Model UN on the envelope”. 

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATIONS:

You may either pay by check ahead of time or cash day of. If you plan to pay by check, please follow the same instructions. If you wish to pay by cash, please ensure you do not forget. You will not be allowed to participate without payment.
